Food and tradition

The menu that our restaurant has to offer is based on local, traditional cuisine, inspired by traditional Serbian dishes, spurred by our passion for producing organic ingredients and incorporating them into every dish. Therefore, the ethno village “Azbuka” additionally offers organic meat products; we are especially proud of our ”Mangulica”(A/N: “sheep-pig”, a Hungarian breed of domestic pig) meat products, which were grown in a natural environment. “Mangulica” products that you simply ought to try are “kulen” (spicy sausage), prosciutto, bacon and sausage.
